We are the largest producers of buffalo milk worldwide<\/strong>\u00a0with approximately 15 million liters per year; and these numbers are destined to increase, thanks to the buffalo breeding developments on the 1,850 hectare Fattoria Apulia.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0secret of our milk<\/strong>\u00a0is in the way we care for our buffaloes and their\u00a0nutrition<\/strong><\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0in a balanced way throughout the year.<\/p>\n

In order to ensure high quality standards, we mainly use fodder cultivated in our Farms<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our supply chain is fully traceable. It is an integrated supply chain, monitored all steps of the way.<\/p>\n

Over 1200 internal checks performed every day<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Every day, we carry out\u00a0more than 1,200 internal checks on the milk we produce<\/strong> to ensure safe, monitored and certified products.<\/p>\n

Over 60% of them are analytical<\/strong>\u00a0checks (such as fat, proteins, pH) and the rest of them are process checks<\/strong>\u00a0(pasteurizer, shuttle valves, process fluids pH).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition, every year, we carry out\u00a02,020 external chemical-physical tests<\/strong>, part of which directly on our milk.<\/p>\n

We also carry out all standard microbiological tests.<\/strong><\/p>\n
