The cooperative experience that makes available buffalo breeding for more than 6000 heads, has stimulated a continuous growth of the system. From the control and quality of each animal, bred with the typical care and passion of the Garofalos, from which the entrepreneurial activity starts, we get the most part of the buffalo milk that allows nowadays a production of more than 5.000 tons of product per year, almost 600 tons of milk per day..

The efforts put into the managing of the production chain, from the breeding to the transformation of milk, has given Fattorie Garofalo that touch of expert handcraft we can recognize in the unique and inviting taste of each sigle mozzarella produced.

The passion for agricolture and breeding has been bound to the dairy skills allowing the realization of a factory extended on 11.000 square metres, of which 4.000 are indoor.
